Call Center Agent


Job Description St-Leonard Toyota is looking for an agent for its call center. The person we are looking for must have good interpersonal skills and be dynamic. We are looking for someone with a sense of priority. The person obtaining this position must have good communication skills as he/she will be working in a team with each department. We are looking for someone who knows how to give a good experience to the customers, keep a smile in his voice in all circumstances and stand out by his empathy and listening. The candidate must be able to identify the customer's needs and politely direct them to the right person. St-Léonard Toyota is a young and dynamic company that promotes respect, transparency, customer service and the well-being of its employees. In short, the candidate will be responsible for :

  • Making appointments for the dealership;
  • Answering up to 80 to 100 incoming and outgoing calls per day;
  • Managing internet requests and incoming text messages;
  • Follow up with customers.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Fluently bilingual in English and French both verbally and in writing;
  • Experience in the automotive industry (an asset);
  • Basic computer skills;
  • Experience in customer service (an asset);
  • Knowledge of XTime software (an asset);

Work schedule:

  • Monday-Thursday: 8am-5pm
  • Friday: 8am-2:30pm
